Philip has spent more than a decade leading his own development company, helping organizations in healthcare, education, and service industries implement web solutions that fit their real needs. As founder of Firelight Creative Development, he’s known for crafting thoughtful, dependable solutions delivered with care, clear communication, and attention to detail.
Before starting Firelight, Philip worked as both a developer and strategist, combining technical depth with an understanding of how people and processes connect. He will complete his MBA at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in December 2025, further deepening his focus on leadership, systems, and organizational health.
