Thirty days is the beginning of recovery, not the finish line.
*Talk to someone who understands what you are facing.
Real recovery is not a 30-day event. It is a life. That is why Compass was built as a long-term community from day one. Our aftercare and alumni program keeps you connected to people and support that hold recovery together once the structured program ends.
The most fragile stretch of recovery is often the transition back to ordinary life, when the schedule loosens and old patterns try to creep back in. Aftercare exists to make that transition survivable and, over time, to make recovery part of who you are.
Ongoing relapse prevention and recovery planning
Alumni community events, both local and virtual
Continued access to coaching and peer support
Accountability and encouragement from people who understand
Resources and relationships you can lean on for years, not weeks
Our post-program community is led in part by our Post-Program Community Director and gives you invaluable resources and relationships, available both locally and online. You are not handed a packet and sent on your way. You stay part of something.
We are building long-term care that supports people into perpetuity, not just for the length of a program. That long arc of support is one of the things that makes Compass different.
Recovery holds when it is supported. Continued connection, accountability, and care dramatically change what happens after treatment, turning a strong start into lasting change. You came to Compass to get unstuck. Aftercare is how you stay free.
Our aftercare and alumni community is designed for the long haul, continuing well beyond your core program. We build support that lasts rather than ending at a discharge date.
Both. Our alumni community offers local and virtual events, coaching, and peer support, so you can stay connected wherever you are.
The alumni community is built for people who have been through the Compass program. Reach out and we can explain how the transition into aftercare works.
