Compass Integrative Recovery offers outpatient treatment programs designed around how high-capacity people actually live. You get serious clinical care, medical and functional medicine support, and a long-term recovery community, without having to disappear from your work, your family, and your responsibilities for months on end.

Every Compass program is outpatient. We do not provide medical detox or residential treatment. If you need medically supervised withdrawal first, we will help you find a safe place to do that, then welcome you into the right level of care here when you are stable and ready.

Our Levels of Care

The difference between our programs is intensity and time commitment. Many clients begin in PHP, step down to IOP as they stabilize, and then move into aftercare, so the structure flexes with where you are in recovery rather than forcing a single format on everyone.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

A standard course consists of 5 sessions per week over 7 weeks, giving your brain the consistent stimulation needed for lasting results.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Each session lasts approximately 19 minutes short enough to fit into your daily routine with no recovery time needed afterward.

Dual Diagnosis and Co-Occurring Disorders

You remain fully awake and alert throughout every session. Read, watch TV and drive yourself to and from every appointment.

Aftercare and Alumni

The support that keeps recovery holding after your program ends. Relapse prevention, alumni community events, coaching, and ongoing care, available locally and virtually, for the long haul.

What Every Compass Program Includes

No matter which level of care you start in, your plan is built from the same whole-person foundation:

A functional medicine evaluation and a personalized plan, with our Medical Liaison and True Life Medicine

Brain mapping, neurofeedback, and qEEG-guided neurotherapy

Nervous system regulation, including breathwork and sauna or cold plunge work

Fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching

Leadership and resilience coaching and our life mapping process

Optional faith-based support and a long-term alumni community

How We Decide Your Level of Care

The right starting point depends on your symptoms, your history, your safety, and your life circumstances. On your free consultation, we listen to what you are facing, talk through your options, and recommend the level of care that fits. As you progress, we adjust, stepping you down through the levels so support tapers in a way that protects your recovery.

Outpatient, Not Residential

Outpatient care means you take part in an immersive daily program, then return to your own space at night. Local clients go home in the evenings. Out-of-town clients can arrange nearby lodging, including rooms at our adjacent micro-resort. This is treatment, not a residential facility, which is part of why it fits professionals and people with families so well.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between IOP and PHP?

PHP is more intensive, with full treatment days, and is often the right starting point early in recovery or after detox. IOP is lighter and more flexible, usually a few hours several days a week. Many clients step down from PHP to IOP.

No. Compass is outpatient only, offering IOP and PHP. We do not provide residential or inpatient care or medical detox.

Our core program runs about 30 days across the levels of care, then transitions into long-term aftercare. The exact length depends on your needs and progress.

Often, yes, especially in IOP. Our outpatient structure is designed for people who cannot step away from work and family entirely. We help you find the right balance during your consultation.
