Kerri Russi has spent decades building a career in various service industries -spanning from 7yrs restaurant hospitality, 16yrs in Corporate Aviation, as well as owning and operating a 15-bed Sober Living Home, serving hundreds of Sonoma County residents over it’s 6yrs of operation.
Kerri believes the “impossible” is always possible and has a unique gift and love of finding creative solutions to any obstacle.
Through her career, Kerri’s core belief grew to become that service isn’t just about a product, but more about creating an experience which leaves people feeling seen, heard, and in connection to others – and she strives to bring this spirit to all of her endeavors.
During Kerri’s own recovery journey in young adulthood, witnessing the paths to recovery of family members, as well as the people who lived in her Sober Living Home, Kerri came to the belief that addiction is (at it’s core) a disease of shame.
She saw that if we can heal and remove the shame that addiction is rooted in, we then create space for the brilliance, genius, and divinity that has always lived within all of us to come forward and be redirected as a creative force for flourishing.
Kerri believes we can begin to turn poison to medicine through the simple act of honoring the harrowing journey from addiction to recovery as one of the most courageous paths to spirituality and introspection one can embark on.
