Walking into treatment is less scary when you know what is coming.

Here is an honest picture of what your time at Compass looks like, from your first assessment to the day you transition into our long-term community. Knowing the shape of it ahead of time takes a lot of the fear out of starting.
You start with a thorough assessment, including a clinical evaluation and the opportunity for a functional medicine work-up with lab testing. From there, your team builds a plan around your specific needs, history, and goals. You are a person to us from the first conversation, not a file.
Days blend individual counseling, group therapy, and integrative care. Depending on your plan and level of care, that can include:
PhD-led counseling and master’s-level group therapy
Functional medicine and medical support
Brain mapping, neurofeedback, and nervous system regulation
Breathwork and sauna or cold plunge resets
Fitness, nutrition, and life mapping
Optional faith-based support
Treatment is outpatient. Local clients return home in the evenings, and out-of-town clients can arrange nearby lodging, including rooms at our adjacent micro-resort. Off hours are for rest, recreation, and recharging, with the focus on the person rather than the position.
Your program is the beginning, not the end. You transition into our aftercare and alumni community, with ongoing support, events, and relationships that help recovery hold for the long haul. We are building care that walks with you into perpetuity, not just for 30 days.
Our core program runs about 30 days, then transitions into long-term aftercare. Length varies by your needs and level of care.
