Built for people who carry a lot and keep going long after they should have asked for help.
*Talk to someone who understands what you are facing.
Compass serves high-capacity people, the ones who hold things together for everyone else and rarely stop to take care of themselves. Each group we work with faces its own pressures, patterns, and barriers to treatment, so we meet each one where they are rather than running everyone through the same generic program.
What these groups share is a need for discretion, structure, and a team that genuinely understands the demands they live under. Our outpatient programs near Colorado Springs are private
and flexible by design.
Executives and Professionals
Leaders and high performers who cannot disappear for a month and cannot afford exposure. We deliver discreet, schedule-aware care that treats burnout, anxiety, and substance use without putting a career or reputation at risk.
Veterans and Special Operations
Service members and special operations personnel carrying trauma that civilian programs often miss. We combine trauma-informed therapy with nervous system work in an environment built on respect, not pity.
First Responders
Police, fire, and EMS who absorb other people’s worst days for a living. We treat cumulative trauma, sleep disruption, and the drinking or numbing that often follows, with the confidentiality the job demands.
Faith-Based Recovery
For those who want their faith woven into healing, we offer an optional Christ-centered path, including alignment with Celebrate Recovery, alongside clinical, evidence-based care.
High-capacity people often avoid treatment because they cannot afford the exposure or the time away. Compass is outpatient, private, and flexible, so you do not have to walk away from your responsibilities or your reputation to get well. You get serious clinical care that fits a serious life.
Generic treatment often misses what these clients are actually carrying: the cumulative trauma of the job, the isolation of leadership, the identity wrapped up in performance. We build care around those realities, which is part of why people who have not connected with treatment elsewhere connect here.
A confidential first conversation, a plan built around your life and your role, and a team that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis. After the program, our alumni community keeps you connected for the long haul.
We focus on high-capacity people: executives and professionals, veterans and special operations personnel, first responders, and those seeking faith-based recovery. We treat anyone who fits our outpatient level of care.
Yes. Privacy is central to how we work, handled in line with HIPAA. Many of our clients choose outpatient care specifically to protect their reputation and their career.
Usually not. Our IOP is built to fit around work and family, and our PHP offers a more intensive day program when that is what you need.
That is common. The categories are a starting point, not a box. A free, confidential consultation is the fastest way to find the right fit.
