As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), I partner with clients to help them process deep-seated wounds, break free from survival mode, and reclaim their personal power.
My therapeutic approach is deeply collaborative and trauma-informed. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful modality that allows us to gently explore and heal the different “parts” of yourself carrying pain, anxiety, or protective burdens. I bring extensive experience working with the military community and survivors of complex trauma. Together, we will tackle the heavy cycles of codependency, unearth your authentic self, and build the practical tools needed to set firm, healthy boundaries. Within this group recovery program, we create a safe, shared space to foster resilience, connection, and lasting healing.
