Recovery That Heals the Whole Person

Why Compass?

A Message from Our Founder

For years, I struggled with alcohol and watched loved ones lose their lives to mental health battles. The turning point for me came when I realized that my own recovery wasn’t just for me. It was so I could walk with others toward healing, too.

Compass exists because I’ve seen what happens when people discover their true identity. Not through shame, but through grace and intentional care. I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, executives, and everyday folks who felt stuck or lost, and I’ve seen how transformation begins when we stop trying to white-knuckle our way through and start addressing the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and story.

Whether you’re feeling broken, numb, or just know there has to be more, I want you to know that there is a way through. You don’t have to walk it alone. You’re worthy of healing and built for purpose. It would be an honor to help you find your compass.

Compass Integrative Recovery

Built for People Carrying More Than Most

Compass is designed for people who are used to performing under pressure while privately dealing with trauma, depression, burnout, substance misuse, or emotional exhaustion. We work especially well with people in demanding roles who need care that is practical, respectful, and effective.

Insurance or Cash Pay

Compass accepts many major insurance plans and also offers cash-pay options. If you are unsure what is covered, our team can help you verify benefits and understand your next step clearly.

TMS Therapy

A non-drug option for depression, trauma-related symptoms, and mental health support

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS, is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain connected to mood regulation. For the right candidate, TMS can be a helpful option when depression, anxiety, or trauma-related symptoms have not improved enough with traditional treatment alone.

At Compass, TMS fits within a broader recovery plan rather than standing on its own. It can complement therapy, medical care, and other integrative services as part of a more complete path toward healing.

Brain Mapping & Neurofeedback

Unlock Your Brain’s Potential

Compass partners with Dr. Martin Kaufman to offer cutting-edge brain mapping and neurofeedback services. This advanced technology helps identify neurological patterns and create a personalized plan to improve focus, emotional regulation, and overall brain function, supporting deep, lasting recovery.
