After decades of struggling with personal alcohol use and devastating losses of loved ones due to mental health issues, Jack had a profound revelation to give his life to help others heal and recognize their beautiful and purposeful identity through the Compass Integrative Recovery process and community.

Jack has revitalized the lives of dozens of entrepreneurs and executives through his groundbreaking road map process, which uniquely allows the people who engage with him to redirect all the major components of their life toward true north on their compass. This process solidifies a person’s value, worth, and identity, cultivating clarity about what to say no to so they can be unstoppable in what they say yes to.

For more than 23 years, Jack has worked in real estate finance, the past decade almost exclusively in the commercial and development space as acting president of Peach Lending. He was a senior leader of Upper Room Church in Santa Barbara, has led overseas non-profit service projects in ten nations, has been a keynote speaker at high-profile faith-based and business conferences, and currently serves on the boards of Isla Vista Church in Santa Barbara and Unbreakable Ministries in Colorado Springs.
